From sampling local specialties at political picnics to dining at James Beard award-winning restaurants to comparing bourbons with master distillers, Elizabeth Roach has long held an appreciation for food and beverage in all their forms. She is a graduate of Furman University and the Columbia University Publishing Program, where she balanced her studies with exploring the respective food cultures of Greenville, South Carolina, and New York City.
Her freelance specialties are primarily of the culinary and bourbon persuasion, although she is always up for a new adventure.
